5.Required to contribute to the improvement of the plant facilities to improve safety, operability and quality

·Strong engineering skills to develop innovative and creative solutions in assigned work;

7.Responsible for carrying out process studies (including trials) & improvement from beginning thru completion reporting progress as required.

8.Lead or support trouble-shooting to solve safety, productivity, quality and other loss problems.

9.On-site technical process coaching to production and provide SOPs (or guidelines) and related training as required.

10.Defining productivity/quality/cost improvement opportunities in the process and solving the technical problems in the plant.

11.Leading PSM in the plant. Leading or supporting PHA (with HAZOP/What-If/LOPA).

·Interest in learning new skills to improve performance;

Education:BS degree or above, major in Applied chemistry or Fine Chemical related background;

Experience:

1.3~5 years production engineer or process engineer experience within manufacturing;

·To work in a team environment focused on maximizing plant performance;

Skills:

1.Good verbal and written command of English, and proficiency in office software tools.

3.Skill of PLC is preferred.

4.Good communication skills in Chinese and English;

2.Familiar with household cosmetics industry production equipment and function, safety requirements, quality standards, etc.

2.New cosmetic project management/conduction experience and cGMP knowledge is preferred.

6.Responsible for doing the process design associated with the development of capital projects for the Nanjing facility.
